Happy New Year! (and some Harry Potter stuff)

First of all, I’d like to wish everyone a happy and magical new year. I hope this year brings you fame and fortune. Happiness would be good too! With all seriousness aside, I do hope you enjoyed the recent holiday season and got stuffed until your belly was about to burst. I know I did 😐

During the holiday season I took a trip with my family down to Orlando where we visited the different theme parks the city has to offer. One particular segment of the trip that always sticks out in my mind was in the Harry Potter exhibit. I’ll be first to admit, I know absolutely nothing about Harry Potter. I’ve never read any of the books or seen any of the movies. In fact I don’t even know any other characters from the series (except…is it… dumble-dwarf?) But every now and then people assume I must be a big fan since I’m a big fan of magic. I assure you, magic and wizardry are not the same!

Regardless, I do appreciate good work and good art. Whether that comes in the form of magic, music or acting is besides the point. I admire the hard work it takes to create something aimed to entertain. In Universal Studios (Island of Adventure), this came in the form of an A Capella (no instruments, no stereo systems, pure vocal talent) by a few youngsters. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. It’s my first upload with HD video so make sure you turn on the HD feature on youtube!

Once again, have a wonderful new year and see you soon!
