Fundserv x Durgy Spade
An Unforgettable Evening
for Fundserv
A custom proposal prepared for Alex Thai and the Fundserv Social Committee
Hi Alex,
Great chatting with you on our call today. The best compliment I can get from someone is when they see me at an event, and they think of me for their own event down the road.
It was great to meet you at Naomi Carpenter's wedding a few years back, and thank you for considering me for your company celebrations. While the last two weeks of November are always jam packed due to the upcoming holiday season, at the time of sending this proposal, your requested evening is available.
We can certainly bring the same energy to Fundserv's holiday party that you may recall from Naomi's wedding.
A corporate holiday party is a different kind of room than a wedding, but the goal is the same: give people a reason to put their phones down and actually be present with each other. That's what close-up magic and/or an after-dinner stage show are built for. One gets guests laughing and talking table to table. The other gives the whole room one big shared moment to close out the night.
I know a booking like this needs a clear yes from Wayne and an easy handoff to Bibiana, so I've laid out three straightforward options below, each with transparent pricing and no surprises. Whichever direction you go, I'll handle the details end to end.
Take a look, and let me know if you'd like me to hop on another quick call (with the team?) to talk through what would work best for your group at Local Public Eatery on November 26.

Choose Your Experience
Every option is built around magic alone, no MC or DJ required. Whether you want guests talking table to table during the reception, one big moment after dinner, or both, here's how it breaks down.
Add Durgy as Your MC
Available as an add-on to any option, A, B, or C. Durgy takes over as your Master of Ceremonies for the entire program, so the night runs as one seamless show instead of a series of separate moments.
- MC for the entire program, from welcome through to the dance floor opening
- Facilitates interactive games where they fit naturally into the night
- Turns prize giveaways into a fun, interactive moment instead of names pulled from a hat
